Gave it some time and called at about 8:30. Yes- Sign us up! No one answered and we rang back to the desk who apologized and gave us the number to call. There was no offer to email the reservation but an offer was made to transfer us to the cabana rental staff so we could secure a cabana for the next day. When I called at 8 am, our reservation was verified (yay!). Screen shot with confirmation number is what it is. Odd there was no 24 hour reservation help, but okay. When I called the reservation number to inquire, I found they opened at 8 am. (Yep, checked the spam and found we missed many unique and one of a kind money making opportunities, but nothing from Margaritaville). The website said we would receive an email confirmation, which never arrived. It was the pool view and balcony we were really after anyway. We made a 2 night reservation at 4 am on the day of check in for a queen, pool view room, as our preference (king) was sold out. If anyone asked us if we’d recommend it, we think our answer would be to read some reviews, do your own research, consider your own preferences and make the choice you think is right for you. We’re languishing this time because this one had high points and some that missed the mark for us.
